Privacy Policy

Who we are

Clearlead AI Consulting Ltd is a company registered in Ireland. We operate two properties under the Clearlead brand: www.clearlead.ai (our main consulting website) and app.clearlead.ai (our interactive tools platform, including the AI Readiness Assessment). This policy covers both. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect and why

Website analytics

Both sites use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated data only: pages viewed, country, device type, and referrer. No personally identifiable information is collected and no tracking cookies are set.

Newsletter sign-up

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. Subscribing requires your explicit consent — the checkbox is not pre-ticked. We use Kit to manage our mailing list and send emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Booking a call

If you book a call through our contact page, the booking is handled by Cal.com, who collect your name and email to manage the appointment. Their privacy policy applies to data collected through the booking interface. We receive a copy of your booking details.

AI Readiness Assessment

If you complete the assessment at app.clearlead.ai, we collect your name, work email, and assessment responses to send you a personalised results report and a short follow-up email sequence. Newsletter subscription is a separate opt-in.

Third-party services

We use Vercel (hosting), Kit (mailing list), Cal.com (booking), and Resend (transactional email). None of them receive your data for advertising. We do not sell personal data. Kit, Cal.com, and Resend are US-based companies with appropriate data transfer safeguards in place.

Data retention

Newsletter subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe. Assessment email addresses are retained for the duration of the follow-up sequence, then removed unless you have also subscribed to the newsletter. Booking details are kept for the duration of any related engagement.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@clearlead.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
