Dr. Paul Ferguson
As the founder of Clearlead, I'm passionate about helping companies fulfil their potential, and with advances in technology, that potential is higher than ever.
I believe in using technology not for its own sake but as a means to effectively meet specific business needs: at the heart of this is taking the time to understand the real needs of a business.
With a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and a Ph.D. in Information Retrieval and Machine Learning, my 20+ years at the forefront of technology include roles in data science and machine learning at well-known multinationals, culminating in a position as Director of Data Science at UnitedHealth Group (a Fortune 5 company).
In my early career, I worked in a number of research centres where I delivered cutting-edge research for a range of companies, from innovative startups to large multinationals (such as Samsung).
That experience is what Clearlead is built on: genuine depth in AI, data science and NLP that only comes from years of doing the work at the highest level, for clients who expect real results.
